Citadel Construction built the sprawling Lumberjack Feud project, including initial site work and utilities. The 100,000 square foot project included a 30,000 square foot, 5 story auditorium with a large performance pool, dinner theater that can seat 700, expansive commercial kitchen, multiple restroom facilities, museum, retail space, office space, and advanced lighting and broadcast systems.
