River Landing

Citadel Construction built the new River Landing retail development in Sevierville on Hwy 66. The three-unit building is part of a larger shopping complex. Citadel built the new structure from the ground-up and also handled the tenant buildout for three separate tenants:

Buddy's Bar-b-q
Citadel Construction handled the tenant buildout for Buddy's Bar-b-q on a design/build contract. The new restaurant features rich wood interiors, a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, high-end bathroom facilities, and many unique touches like an LED backlit logo. The project was completed on time and on budget on an expedited schedule.

The Casual Pint
Citadel Construction worked with the Casual Pint Servierville to create their new retail space in Sevier County. The large, custom bar features over 30 beers on tap, and the retail shelving displays a host of craft beer from near and afar. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Penn Station Subs
Citadel Construction worked with the Penn Station on their new locastion in Sevierville. The restaurant includes indoor/outdoor dining, custom tile flooring, and a host ofcutting-edge food prep equipment. The project was completed on time and on budget.
