Penn Station Subs

Citadel Construction worked with the Penn Station on their new locastion in Sevierville. The restaurant includes indoor/outdoor dining, custom tile flooring, and a host of cutting-edge food prep equipment. The project was completed on time and on budget.

Citadel Construction built the new River Landing retail development in Sevierville on Hwy 66. The three-unit building is part of a larger shopping complex. Citadel built the new structure from the ground-up and also handled the tenant buildout for three separate tenants.
