We just finished another exciting food project in downtown Sevierville! As general contractor for Pinchy’s Lobster and Beer, Co., our team renovated part of the former Davis Hotel, originally built in the 1920s, bringing it into the present. Attention to detail was crucial to maintain the historic nature of the building while incorporating all the amenities for a custom kitchen and dining experience.
