NOW OPEN! Experience Sevierville’s newest elevated attraction. SkyLand Ranch is set on a 100 acre farm located next to lodging, restaurants and one of the largest outlet centers in the South. As general contractor, we are oversaw all construction work on this one-of-a-kind attraction in Sevierville. The complex contains multiple retail stores, dining opportunities, and specialty shops, all on top of a mountain overlooking Sevierville. Visitors take a ride on a scenic chairlift to the top of SkyLand Ranch, where hours of fun await. The hybrid chairlift gives guests the option of both chairs and open-air cabins. Future plans for the attraction include a mountain coaster that’s over a mile long, a suspended bridge with a wide walkway, canopy walks and more.
