Citadel Construction served as the general contractor for Helen Ross McNabb during the construction of their new Veterans Housing apartments in Knoxville, TN off Middlebrook Pike. Citadel built the entire 2-story apartment complex, which features 10 units specifically built to accommodate military veterans. Two of the units are ADA accessible.
